Reset Collective began in June 2020 during the lockdown to allow people to leave their homes for a bit and work up a sweat while creating a sense of community when the world was shut down. Since then, it’s grown so much, and after 18 months of teaching in-person classes, they decided to shift their focus to online workouts, weekend events and wellness retreats.
They recently launched an incredible online platform which is available to everyone worldwide. Every month, you receive exclusive access to a variety of HIIT workouts, yoga flows, guided meditations and breathwork exercises. You’ll also be invited to join the community chat platform and get access to nutritional tips, meal plans and journal prompts. It’s been amazing to see people from around the globe training with them!
Being so dedicated to their platform and its impact, Reset Collective wants to give you a month free to try it out! Use the code “UMHLANGABABE” (valid until the 31 March) to try out all that they offer and start giving back to your mind and body!
