What sparked your interest in the legal industry? Watching the TV series LA Law during my teenage years sparked my fascination with the role lawyers play in promoting justice and shaping outcomes. My involvement in interschool speech and debate contests also inspired my passion for research and presenting well-reasoned arguments.

What's a key lesson you've learnt? Hard work and perseverance pay off. Women often need to work harder to gain recognition and credibility. This has taught me the importance of resilience, confidence and consistency. Over time, dedication and results earn respect and create opportunities for growth.

What keeps you passionate about your career? The ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients, while staying true to my Christian values of integrity, compassion and service. Being part of a talented team and a firm with a national footprint allows me to collaborate, grow, and make a broader impact for the clients we serve.

What advice would you give women entering the legal profession? The legal industry can be demanding, often requiring long hours and strong commitment, but the rewards are worth it. Build supportive networks, seek mentorship, keep learning and embrace every opportunity. Most importantly, enjoy the journey and take pride in the results of your hard work and dedication.
