In March 2018 Frozen for You was born from the international award-winning catering company “By Word of Mouth”. This catering and events business has been voted as “Top Catering Company” for the past 21 years and has been in existence for 28 years. Defrost overnight in the fridge

Preheat oven to 160°C. Place quiche onto a baking tray

When removing the quiche from the oven, leave it to stand on the tray for 5 minutes and transfer to a serving plate

Total: 10-15 minutes

1.2kg (Serves 8-10)

Total: 15-20 minutes

Karen’s Asian Chicken

Oven

*Defrost prior to cooking*

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid and take out the tub of dressing

Spread the chicken strips out evenly in the dish

Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray

720g (Serves 4)

Cook for 15-25 minutes, until the chicken strips are warmed through and starts to crisp up again giving it a stir halfway through to ensure even cooking

Allow the chicken to cool down uncovered

Ensure that the dressing is properly sealed. Shake to mix

Pour the dressing over the cooled salad and place on a bed of crisp lettuce

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period

Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving

Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow cooking guidelines but reduce the cooking time

Karen’s Tip:

Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted flaked almonds as a garnish.

Butternut Sage and Lentil Lasagne

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid

Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray

400g (serves 1)

Cook for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown

800g (Serves 2)

Cook for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown

1.6kg (Serves 4-6)

Cook for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown

This product can be cooked from frozen. Follow cooking instructions and increase the cooking time by approximately 10 minutes. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out.

Crusty Plain Loaf

Homemade Artisanal Sourdough

900g (Serves 8-10)

Oven

Defrost loaf, preferably overnight, until it is soft and spongy

Preheat oven to between 230-260 degrees C

Only when desired temperature is reached, break open freezer bag and place on baking rack in the center of oven

Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes until the outside of the loaf is hard, and the colour is a dark golden brown

Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Allow loaf to cool sufficiently before cutting

Note: Defrosted loaf does not have to be baked immediately, as long as it is not removed from freezer bag. It can stay in freezer bag, on a kitchen counter for up to 2 days before baking.

Storage instructions: Store loaf in a paper bag, placed on a kitchen surface, away from direct light or heat. Do not store in plastic bag or refrigerate.
